From my research, here are things that Filipinos find most annoying:

1. Someone who disagrees very strongly with his opinion in a discussion.

2. Fellow Pinoys who looks down on another.

3. Fellow Filipinos who put in a foreign accent when speaking.

4. A person who looks down on another.

5. Foreigners who show complete ignorance about the country.

6. Servants who pretend to be of high social status.

7. One’s putting much attention to very minute details.

8. A person who treats another like a servant.

9. Criticism from someone who is not his boss.

10. Someone telling another to do his job.

11. Inconsideration for another’s feelings.

12. Racial prejudice in people.

13. Body odor.

14. A foreigner who says, “That’s the way we do it back home!”

15. Women who dye their hair.

16. Being told to hurry up.

17. A person with an air of superiority.

18. A person who is brutally frank.

19. Rich people who are snobbish.

20. Foreigners who write about the Philippines without knowing very much about it.

21. People who preach democracy but do not practice it.

22. People who demand a definite “yes” or “no” answer.

I think it is important to know what things annoys a person because it gives one an insight on his/her sense of values and to his character and personality.
